How billing works

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (Stripe billing portal) or by emailing support@arboroot.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund partial months. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Arboroot is currently in open beta. You are not charged unless you start a paid subscription from Settings → Billing in your account.
• Use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service.

Online rent payments

Card and ACH payments from your tenants are processed by Stripe and settle directly to your own Stripe connected account — Arboroot is the software; Silvermere LLC does not hold, pool or disburse tenant funds. Stripe’s payment processing fees apply to your connected account. Any Arboroot platform fee on online payments is disclosed in the Service before you enable online payments.
